Pro West is a long-established HVAC company with branches across Western Canada. Over time, their branding started to lag behind a bit outdated, mismatched, and not really doing justice to the quality of their work.

They needed a complete visual refresh. Something that felt modern and professional, but still grounded enough to communicate reliability and deep industry experience. Plus, their projects can be complex it was critical we didn’t lose any of the essential technical details while making everything look sharper.

The Strategy

Updated design system: We evolved their colour palette, typography, and layout approach to keep everything consistent no more piecemeal ads or old clip-art graphics.

Prioritized HVAC messaging: Made sure every piece, from wraps to ads, clearly highlighted Pro-West’s core services heating, cooling, refrigeration, fleet and emergency work so nothing vital got left out.

Professional but approachable: Designed layouts that felt clean, structured, and new, without looking overly slick or corporate. After all, they’re still local guys you can trust.

Fleet Vehicle Wraps: Turned work trucks into rolling billboards, using bold layouts and simplified service lists so customers instantly understand what they do even at 60 km/h.

HVAC & Refrigeration Brochures: Created clear, modern handouts that explain complex systems in plain language, designed to be left behind after quotes or consultations.

Digital & Print Ads: Built campaigns for seasonal HVAC promos and commercial contracts, balancing strong calls-to-action with solid brand consistency.
