Elevate Vancouver, Vancouver’s EV Experience is one of the largest automotive events in Canada, hosted at the Vancouver Convention Centre. With over 200+ vehicles in 200,000+ sq. ft., the show highlighted everything from electric supercars to the latest EV/PHEV test drives. They needed more than just a basic mailer.
They wanted a full-scale magazine-style publication to send across Western Canada, plus social content that would drive digital buzz and keep the momentum going right up to the doors opening.
It all came down to creating one seamless brand experience whether someone pulled the magazine out of their mailbox or saw a teaser reel on Instagram.
Plan like a lifestyle mag: Designed the print piece to feel like a premium automotive publication you’d pick up at a dealership.
Drive engagement online: Created social posts and stories that teased car features, ticket reminders, and show floor sneak peeks so by the time people arrived, they were already hyped.
Keep it future-focused: Used bold typography, large electric-inspired visuals, and subtle tech overlays to echo the innovation theme.
Logo: A clean, modern wordmark with a subtle construction-inspired edge. Strong lines, no gimmicks.
Color palette: Dark, confident tones with traditional accents to signal experience and trust.
Business cards: Sleek, high-contrast, and premium-feeling something you’d feel confident handing to a GC or investor.
Brand guidelines: To keep everything consistent, no matter where or how the brand is used.
Massive Reach: The campaign blanketed Western Canada via mail and digital, putting the event top-of-mind for thousands of car enthusiasts.
Built the Buzz: The social posts drove early ticket interest and shares, getting both local audiences and car groups talking.
Elevated Perception: By the time people hit the show floor, the event felt premium not just another expo setting the tone for better dealer and brand engagement.
“Your designs brought the whole event together the magazine looked like something straight off a luxury showroom table, and the social posts kept people excited right up to opening day.”
